Sleepover Horray! We survived another SHYGS sleepover (not sure why we call it that since there was no sleeping involved.) For anyone that didn't make it, I hope you can come next time, especially for catacombs which is coming up in the next few months. We had almost 20 at the church, we played games, ate way too much pizza, soda, Red Bull, chips, and everything else that fits the description "junk food." We'd love to tell you more, but next time you just need to come and experience it yourself! Don't forget, the Ski Trip is coming up soon, if you want to go, let us know ASAP, there's still room!!! |

Ski Trip 2009 The dates are set for the Ski trip in January. We will be leaving church on Friday the 16th. Most of us will be leaving around noon with a group likely to be heading up later in the evening. On Monday the 19th we will be heading home. Depending on conditions and how tired we are we will leave between 9am and 2pm. Please check your schedule ASAP and let Jim, Bonnie, Rob or Alex know what time you can be ready on Friday and when you need to be back on Monday. The sooner we know the smoother things will go! |

Welcome!! JVYG.org is now live! This is the home for all things relating to the Junior High Youth Group and Senior High Youth Group of the Episcopal Church in Almaden and the Almaden Valley United Church of Christ collectivly known as "Joint Venture Churches." We are not one church but two that jointly own our building, sponsor joint youth activities and yet retain our uniqu identieis. Feel free to join us on Sunday!
